- Items that don't fit your vehicle (with proof of incompatibility)
- Defective or damaged items
- Items that differ from the description
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components that have been connected
- Special order or custom items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service to request a return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number and return authorization number
- Ship the item to our return address
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Incompatible parts: We cover return shipping if you provide proof
7. Exchanges
If you need a different part, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
